During my stay, I encountered a unique situation when there was a pleasant surprise waiting for me in the morning - free toast with various spreads provided by the hostel. the thoughtful gesture added a special touch to my experience. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Everyone we encountered was helpful and attentive. Units with large private bathroom. There were central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a mini bar fridge, which was great;))

The rooms are brand-new with comfy beds and smoke detectors. There is a lot of facilities in the room like : climate control, a microwave, and a fridge. Exceptionally clean place, would return anytime.
For us it was ideal.

The hotel was excellent to get to the city centre. the room was spacious and brand-new. - the bed was comfortable. - the property was in the best and comfortable location. - So close to local sights as well as the Chiayi Train station

The hotel had an awesome and super location, just a 4-6 minute walk from Singang Da Sing Gong. This property was in a nice area next to the bus terminal and the train station.

we had a unique experience staying at Planet 23 in the convenient location next to the railway station. the staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean and modern. we enjoyed the privacy of the sleeping capsules, the free breakfast, and the helpful advice on local activities. the common area was cozy, and we felt at home with the free tea and coffee options. overall, our stay was wonderful and we would book this hotel again. Cons: could not be improved in any way 🌟.
